Overview
A Gym That Reads
Like a Standard.
Ironhaus is a members-only strength and fitness gym. We built both halves of it — a public site that sells the membership and the training, and an internal dashboard that runs the floor behind it.
The Problem
Serious strength gyms get marketed like generic fitness clubs — stock photography, a vague price list, and a contact form. Meanwhile the actual operation runs on paper: who is a member, who paid, who showed up, and which trainer is on at 6am.
Our Solution
A site with real weight behind it — plans, coached classes, a weekly schedule, trainers, and a trial session as the entry point — connected to an operations dashboard where memberships, attendance, payments, and the site’s own content are managed by the staff who run the gym.

The Website
Plans. Classes. Coaches.
A path from a first visit to a booked trial session.

Positioning on the First Screen
The homepage sets the tone immediately — a serious, performance-focused strength gym, not a generic fitness club — and points at the two things a prospect actually wants: the plans and the training.
Home
Coached Training, Explained
Each class described by what it trains, who coaches it, and who it suits, so choosing a class is an informed decision rather than a guess from a name on a timetable.
Classes
The Week at a Glance
A weekly schedule showing every session, time, and coach — the question most prospects ask before they commit, answered before they need to ask it.
Schedule
Coaches, Not Staff Photos
Trainer profiles carrying specialization and credentials, because in a strength gym the coach is the product a member is buying.
TrainersThe Operations Dashboard
Run the Floor.
Members, memberships, attendance, and payments in one system.

The Gym in Numbers
Active members, attendance, and revenue on a single overview, so the operator reads the health of the gym without assembling it from three places.
Dashboard Overview
Member Records
Every member with their plan, payment status, and attendance history — which is what makes renewals and lapses visible before they turn into churn.
Members
Membership Plans
Plans, pricing, and durations managed centrally and reflected on the public site, so what a prospect sees is what the gym is actually selling today.
Membership Plans
Trainers and Assignment
Coaches, their specializations, and the classes they are assigned to — the link between a name on the site and a session on the schedule.
Trainers
Schedule Control
Classes and sessions built out week by week, with capacity and coach assignment, publishing straight to the schedule members book from.
ScheduleFinal Result
A serious gym that
finally looks and runs like one.
Ironhaus reads as a premium strength gym rather than a template fitness site — plans, coached classes, and a real weekly schedule up front — while the staff run members, memberships, attendance, payments, and the site’s own content from a single dashboard.
- A public site positioned for strength training, not generic fitness
- Plans, classes, and schedules published from the operational data itself
- Members, attendance, and payments on one record instead of on paper
