Overview
The Chair,
Booked in Seconds.
BarberX is a premium barbershop platform built around two things: getting a customer into a chair with as little friction as possible, and giving the shop a single place to run everything that happens around that chair.
The Problem
Barbershops lose bookings to the phone. Walk-ins collide with appointments, a customer cannot see which barber is free on Saturday, and the shop tracks earnings, expenses, and staff hours across notebooks and spreadsheets that never agree.
Our Solution
A booking flow that moves from service to barber to a real available time slot, add-ons and loyalty points applied at the same step, and an operations dashboard where bookings, POS sales, staff, branches, and money all sit in one system.

The Customer Experience
Choose. Book. Come Back.
A path from browsing the shop to a confirmed appointment — and a reason to return.

The Shop, Presented
Services, pricing, the gallery, and the barbers on one page, so a first-time customer judges the shop the way they would standing in the doorway — before committing to a booking.
Home
Service, Barber, Slot
A guided flow that picks the service, the barber, and a genuinely available date and time — with extra services and loyalty points applied before checkout instead of at the counter.
Booking Flow
Bookings Under Control
Upcoming and past appointments in one place, so customers can review, reschedule, or cancel without calling the shop mid-cut.
My BookingsThe Admin Dashboard
Run the Barbershop.
Bookings, staff, and money handled in one system instead of five.

Every Appointment in One Queue
Bookings, orders, and POS sales arrive in a single view the front desk works from, so an online reservation and a walk-in occupy the same calendar.
Bookings
Barbers and Availability
Each barber carries their own services, schedule, and availability — which is what the booking flow reads when it offers a customer a time slot.
Barbers
Content the Shop Controls
Services, add-ons, and the gallery are editable by the team, so the site reflects what the shop actually offers this week without a developer in the loop.
Gallery
Earnings, Visible Daily
Revenue tracked across bookings and POS, broken down by barber and branch, so performance is a number rather than an impression.
Earnings
Expenses and Payroll
Expenses, payroll, and branch costs recorded against the same earnings, so the shop reads profit instead of just takings.
ExpensesFinal Result
From a phone that never stops
to a calendar that fills itself.
BarberX takes the barbershop off the phone. Customers book the service, barber, and slot they want in one flow, loyalty points bring them back, and the shop runs bookings, POS, staff, and money from a dashboard that finally agrees with itself.
- Booking moves from a phone call to a self-serve flow with real availability
- Loyalty points turn a completed cut into the next appointment
- Earnings, expenses, and payroll read against each other in one place
